- Maintain clear records of the business we undertake so that this can be explained to the insurers and other related parties.
- Offer technical advice to the insured for the best coverage.
- Maintaining a detailed knowledge of available markets.
- Selection and recommendation of an insurer or group of insurers.
- Negotiating with the insurers on behalf of the insured.
- Acting promptly on the instructions from the insured and provide written acknowledgments and progress reports.
- Provide written risk held confirmation to the insured on the risk placement.
- Collecting and remitting premium.
- Negotiation/settlement of claims and other related matters.
- Arranging fast and comprehensive quotations.
- Maintaining an efficient system of documentation/filing & accounting.
- Suggestions to the insured on risk improvement measures required under the various classes of risks at the time of placement of risks.
